After I bought a new Diamond C western saddle in spring 2016, I began to have problems with riding my horse. I also began to have problems with saddling the horse. The problem got worse the more I rode. After a couple of months and many thoughts, I discovered the cause of the problem. A spike was found in the saddle from the production and thrust into the back of the horse. After that, It has taken months to get the horse comfortable in the saddle again. As compensation for all those problems I've had in several months, I have been offered a bridle. I had expected a compensation corresponding to all those problems and concerns that I still have with this saddle. I'm not interested in a new bridle. I am only interested in serious business that takes its responsibility when quality deficiencies.
